Grandson, Dalton, has been putting some laps under his belt.  Great to see the fourth generation of Heavelow's out on the track.

Sold all my full sized sprint car stuff.   All of it.   Even the trailer.   Should be sad but I'm not.  

Finally go the ZX-10 done and back in the chassis.  Raced it's first race.  Pretty soon to actually tell if the modifications improved the longevity of the motor though.  Seems to be venting rather well.  Can't tell if the oiling issue is improved yet.  At any rate, I am happy so far with the results.  Keep racing it and see what happens from race to race is all I can do for now.  Race results are posted.

Already got a backup motor ready for the Lightning Sprint.  Reworked the venting and oil return systems.  So now I have next to nothing to do to get ready for next year.  Thought about stripping it and repainting.......nope.  It looks good and it'r ready to go as is.
